I do not like the 120-degree swivel of the design, which is a difference from the 360-degree offered by other pullouts. It could be a problem depending upon where you plan to place it. It's unnecessary to add 140 degrees if the back wall is visible. You might need the entire 360-degree if the faucet is going to be mounted on a kitchen island.
The one thing I don’t like about the design is its limited 120-degree swivel compared to the usual 360-degree from other pullouts. It can be a dealbreaker, depending on where you’re planning to install it. If there’s a back wall, the extra 140-degree is unnecessary. But if the faucet is to be put on a kitchen island, you might want the full 360-degree.
